NMC Compliance & Recognition
Etugen University’s MBBS equivalent Medicine program is fully implemented in accordance with the National Medical Commission (NMC) Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate Regulations, 2021. The entire program is taught in English and strictly follows the NMC-prescribed curriculum, including academic study and compulsory clinical internship requirements.

MBBS Program & NMC Compliance

Yes. The MBBS program follows NMC guidelines, including:
  • Minimum 54 months (4.5 years) of academic study
  • 12 months of compulsory internship
  • Curriculum aligned with international medical education standards
  • Students are eligible to appear for FMGE/NExT in India after completing the course

All MBBS and Engineering programs are fully taught in English. To support clinical exposure, students also receive Mongolian language training to communicate with local patients during hospital practice. Upon graduation, students may appear for the Mongolian licensing examination, enabling them to practice professionally in Mongolia.

Yes. NEET qualification is mandatory for Indian students as per NMC regulations.

Clinical Training & Internship

Practical Exposure

Clinical training is conducted at affiliated government and private hospitals in Mongolia, providing hands-on patient exposure under experienced faculty supervision, in line with Etugen University’s emphasis on professionalism and applied skills.

Yes. The internship structure complies with NMC norms. However, students must also fulfill any additional internship or requirements mandated by Indian authorities at the time of registration in India.

Tuition Fees

Transparent Structure

The tuition fee varies by year of study and year of admission.

For students admitted in academic years 2026–2028:

  • First Year: USD 6,800 (includes one-time registration and administrative charges)
  • Second & Third Year: USD 5,300 – 5,500 per year
  • Fourth, Fifth & Sixth Year: USD 5,500 – 5,700 per year

For students admitted from 2029 onwards:

  • First Year: USD 6,900 – 7,100
  • Second to Sixth Year: USD 5,500 – 5,700 per year

Etugen University does not charge any donation or capitation fees. The exact payable amount is confirmed in the official offer letter.

Admission Process

Eligibility • Interview

  • 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
  • Minimum 50% marks (40% for reserved categories as per Indian norms)
  • NEET qualified
  • Valid passport

No separate entrance examination is required. Admissions are based on academic eligibility and verification of submitted documents. An interview is conducted with both the student and their parents as part of the admission process.

Career & Licensing

Yes. After completing the MBBS degree and internship, graduates must clear FMGE/NExT as required by NMC to practice in India.

After graduation, students may pursue higher studies or appear for international licensing exams such as USMLE, PLAB, and others, in accordance with the rules of the respective country. By successfully clearing the Mongolian national licensing examination, graduates may also practice in Mongolia.
