How to Apply

The admissions process is simple and takes just 1 month:

Prepare Your Documents
Basic Documents (Required to Apply):
(Upload clear scanned copies)
  • Valid Passport (minimum 2 years validity)
  • Passport-size photograph (white background)
  • 10th & 12th grade mark sheets / transcripts (Minimum 55% aggregate required)
  • NEET scorecard (mandatory for MBBS applicants)
  • Completed application form
This is all you need to apply initially. Our admissions team will guide you through the remaining requirements after the offer letter is issued.
Educational Documents (After Admission Confirmation)
  • High School Graduation Certificate / Diploma (Notarized and officially translated into English)
  • All academic transcripts (English, notarized copies)
Medical Reports
  • HIV, HBsAg, HCV test reports
  • Chest X-ray / TB test
  • Vaccination records (including meningitis)
  • General medical fitness report
Medical reports are required for enrollment and visa processing.
Police Clearance Certificate
  • Police clearance certificate issued by the applicant’s home country
  • Must confirm no criminal record
  • Document must be in English and notarized
Passport – notarized color copy, valid for at least 2 years
Passport-size photos 5 copies (3.5 × 4.5 cm, white background)
Financial Documents
  • Parent’s / Sponsor’s bank statement (Minimum average balance USD 4,000–5,000 for last 6 months)
  • Sponsor letter (if applicable)
Additional Supporting Documents (If Available)
  • English language proficiency certificate (IELTS / TOEFL) (not mandatory)
  • Certificates of Olympiads, awards, or competitions
  • Language proficiency certificate (English or Mongolian)
  • These documents are not mandatory but may strengthen your application.
Etugen University provides full guidance and support for document preparation, translation, and verification throughout the admission and visa process
Deadlines & Intakes
  • First semester deadline 15th July
  • Second semester deadline 1st December
  • Decision making - 1 month

  • Academic transcripts (10th & 12th grade / Bachelor’s transcripts if applicable)

  • Medical certificate

  • Bank statement

  • NEET qualification (for MBBS)

  • JEE qualification (for Engineering)

  • English proficiency: IELTS 6.5 (or Etugen University internal assessment, if required)

  • First Year: USD 6,600 – 6,800
  • Second Year: USD 4600 - 4800
  • Third Year: USD 4600 - 4800
  • Fourth Year: USD 4800 – 5000
  • Fifth Year: USD 4800 – 5000
  • Sixth Year: USD 4800 – 5000
Students Admitted from 2029 Onwards
  • First Year: USD 6,900 – 7,100
  • Second Year: USD 4800 – 5000
  • Third Year: USD 4800 – 5000
  • Fourth Year: USD 4800 – 5000
  • Fifth Year: USD 4800 – 5000
  • Sixth Year: USD 4800 – 5000

The above fees include tuition, dormitory accommodation, and insurance Fee ranges may vary depending on accommodation type and annual adjustments First-year fees are higher due to one-time admission-related services From the second year onwards, students pay the standard annual fees
